Most clinic software is built for a single doctor, single location — and starts breaking the moment a clinic opens its second branch. We're building the platform we wished existed instead.
Clinic software tends to fall into two camps: broad health platforms that try to serve everyone, or single-clinic tools that were never designed to grow past one location. Neither fits a clinic that starts small and actually succeeds — the one that opens a second branch, then a third.
Panch Care is built for that clinic specifically. Multi-branch support, role-based access, and branch-level reporting aren't an upgrade you buy later — they're in the product from day one, the same as appointment scheduling or billing.

What we're focused on
Getting the first clinics live
Right now, that means a small, direct relationship with every clinic we onboard — not a self-serve funnel at scale yet.
Building out specialty templates
Nine specialties are live today. Each new one comes from a real conversation with a clinic in that field, not a guess.
Multi-branch, done properly
The feature that's supposed to set us apart only counts if it holds up for a real 5-branch clinic, not just a demo.
