Your clinic holds and is responsible for your records. Contact your clinic, or use the Privacy page in the PanchCare patient portal if your clinic has given you access. If you can't reach your clinic, send us a request below and we'll pass it on.
I work at a clinic
You can update your own name and contact details in your PanchCare profile. For anything else about your account data, send a request below.

If you sent us an enquiry or booked a demo, use the form below to see, correct or erase what you sent, or to stop us following up.
What you can ask for
- A summary of my data
- A summary of the personal data we process about you and whom we shared it with.
- Correct or update my data
- Fix data that is wrong, incomplete or out of date.
- Erase my data
- Delete your data, except what the law requires us to keep.
- Withdraw my consent
- Stop processing that relies on your consent — as easy as giving it.
- Raise a grievance
- Tell us something went wrong with how your data was handled.
